Last updated: July 19, 2026
By using the AI Tools platform, you agree to be bound by these published Terms of Use, which form a legally binding agreement between you and Mr.T Technologies. The platform is used exclusively for lawful, legitimate purposes, and proof of device ownership is required before any sensitive operation. You are fully responsible for the security of your account data, and misusing the platform or attempting to harm it is strictly prohibited. All intellectual property rights related to the platform belong entirely to Mr.T Technologies. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account for violating these Terms, and the Terms may be updated periodically.
01 Introduction & Purpose
This document (the "Terms") sets out the legal framework governing your ("User" or "you") use of the AI Tools platform (the "Platform"), developed and operated by Mr.T Technologies ("the Company", "we", or "us"). By using the Platform in any way — including downloading the software, creating an account, or performing any operation — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully and finally agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you may not use the Platform.
02 Definitions

03 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms are accepted as soon as you do any of the following: click "I Agree" during installation or first run, download or install the Platform, or use it in any way. Your acceptance of these Terms forms a legally effective and binding contract between you and the Company.
04 Eligibility
To use the Platform's services, you must have reached the legal age of majority in your country of residence. Persons under the age of 18 may not use the Platform. By using it, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility standards set out in these Terms.
05 Account Creation & Management
Accessing the Platform's full feature set requires creating a user account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are solely responsible for all activity under your account, and must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
06 Permitted Use
The Platform is used exclusively for lawful and legitimate purposes, including but not limited to: maintaining and repairing smart devices, diagnosing software and hardware faults, recovering data from devices, and managing repair-shop operations. Before carrying out any sensitive operation related to device accounts or activation locks, the User must confirm device ownership or hold documented legal authorization, and bears full legal responsibility for any unlawful use. The Company reserves the right to request proof of ownership or to decline to carry out any sensitive operation without stating a reason.
07 Prohibited Uses
- Using the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its servers.
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to extract the Platform's source code.
- Using the Platform to access devices you do not own or are not legally authorized to access.
- Sharing your account or login credentials with any third party.
- Uploading or distributing any viruses or malicious software through the Platform.
08 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Platform — including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets (source code, design, artwork, text, logos, icons) — are the exclusive property of Mr.T Technologies and are protected under applicable local and international law.
09 AI Services & Technology
The Platform uses local, open-source AI models. While we strive to deliver the best possible performance, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated output. Users must verify the validity of any information or recommendation before acting on it.
10 User Responsibilities
You are fully responsible for securing your own data and your customers' data, for taking appropriate backups before performing any high-risk operation, for complying with all applicable laws and regulations, and for using the Platform in a way that does not harm, disrupt, or place undue load on its infrastructure.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mr.T Technologies and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, device damage, or business interruption) arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
12 Suspension or Termination
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or if it determines that your continued use may harm the Platform or other users.
13 Updates to These Terms
The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of any material changes via an in-app notice or the email address on file. Your continued use of the Platform after amended Terms are published constitutes your agreement to be bound by them.
