• Usage data: logs of operations performed through the Platform, the type of device connected, and operation outcomes (success/failure).
• Device data: technical information about the computer running the Platform, to ensure compatibility.
• Payment data: we do not store any payment data; all transactions are processed through approved external providers and never pass through our servers.

• Providing, operating, and maintaining the Platform's services.
• Managing your account and providing technical support.
• Improving and developing the Platform's features and performance.
• Maintaining platform stability and preventing misuse.

Our data processing relies on: your explicit consent, the necessity of processing to perform the service agreement, compliance with a legal obligation, or a legitimate business interest such as improving our services.

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required under applicable law. Once that purpose has been fulfilled, your data is securely deleted.

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you have the right to: know how your data is being processed, access your data and obtain a copy of it, request its correction or update, request its deletion, and withdraw consent to processing at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
